Remember the awesome Trapper Keeper? Microsoft OneNote is designed to function as an electronic version of a paper notebook binder. It is a note-taking application for collecting, organizing and sharing digital information. By storing text notes, photos, audio and video snippets, handwriting and similar content, Microsoft OneNote collects and organizes the information, making it available for searching as well as sharing with others.

TEAMS is Microsoft's new collaboration platform for your "inner loop" of people you work with each day. This course will provide a thorough walkthrough of the new TEAMS platform that allows for discussion, private messaging, video conferencing, and file storage.
Do you need to make a digital presentation? PowerPoint is the most common option used by professionals. Learn some of the new features such as designer and morph along with common keyboard shortcuts. Want to try something new? Office365 has a cloud-based option called Sway!
Do you need to create surveys, quizzes, or polls? Often overlooked, Microsoft Forms is part of the district's Office365 communication platform. When you create a form or quiz, you can invite others to respond using any web browser even on mobile devices. And, the results can be exported to Excel for additional analysis.

Office 365 is our district's communication platform. This robust software provides the tools every employee needs for work and communication. This workshop is designed to provide employees information on the essential features in the Mail, Calendar, People and Tasks web applications as well as the desktop client.

Windows 10 may look like Windows 7, but there are a lot of new features. This course will explore the new features in Windows 10 to increase productivity in the workplace.
